To use A*LIVE, you need a basic annual fee which also includes the initial activation and setup of the account on protegear.io. After you have placed your order here, we will set up this account for you and send you the access data for administration.
 
There are 2 data plan types to choose from:
1) A*LIVE BASIC costs EUR 99 per year and includes full use of the system, based on the respective activation of A*LIVE within the GSM/LTE network. In addition, automatic activation of satellite mode (Iridium) is only charged at EUR 0.90 per day when using the device AND leaving the mobile network for longer than 10 minutes. The satellite tariff is automatically deactivated when the device is regularly switched off within the GSM/LTE network.

2) A*LIVE SAFETY & TRACKING/MESSAGING/OFFICE costs EUR 49 per year and requires manual activation of the tariff for daily/weekly or monthly periods via your account at protegear.io.
ProteGear makes all data plans available for global use. Hybrid Technology - A*LIVE automatically uses the most cost-effective network GSM, 4G/LTE or if necessary Iridium.
